Dr. Shiva Lalezar is a board certified family physician specializing in functional medicine and anti-aging. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA and attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences followed by residency in family medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin. She has practiced holistic medicine in Los Angeles for more than ten years with emphasis on both conventional and alternative modalities. Dr. Lalezar also practiced at the Whitaker Wellness Institute and treated severe illnesses such as uncontrolled Diabetes, Hypertension, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Coronary Artery disease, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Hormone Imbalance.

She is a member of American Academy of Environmental Medicine, American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, Institute of Functional Medicine, and American College for Advancement in Medicine.

She is also trained in Osteopathy, spiritual psychology, hypnotherapy, and Reiki.
